HERE ARE THE BASICS OF COMPENSATION:

 

Your commission starts out at 20%.  Once you hit our YELLOW status, which is $1,000 in Personal Retail Sales (PRS) your commission increases to 25%.  You never go back down to 20%.  There is no time limit to hit Yellow.  You can do it in one week, one month, or 6 months. Once you hit GREEN your commission goes to 30% (only when you qualify for GREEN or above for that calendar month). 

90 DAY FAST START
Sell $2,000 US or $2,400 CAD and sponsor 3 Presenters within 90 days from signing up.  You will receive $250 US or $400 CAD in Younique Cash. 

HOW DO I EARN OFF MY DOWNLINE
Once you hit PINK you earn commission on your downline.  

PINK! You MUST hit YELLOW before you can hit PINK. PINK status is your FIRST promotion where you start collecting commission on your team. If you're working towards Fast Start Bonus that's a great time to aim for PINK as well. In order to hit PINK, you need at least 1 person under you. As a team (your sales and anyone under you) you have to collectively sell $2,000 in products. Out of that $2,000, $250 of it HAS to be your own PRS (Personal Retail Sales).

DO I RESET EACH MONTH
Your recognized stats will never go down once you reach it.  However, your "paid as" status resets at the beginning of the month.  The only exception is that once you hit YELLOW, you never go back to WHITE. 

PAYQUICKER
You receive your commission in your very own Younique PayQuicker account within 24 hours.  The first itme you earn commissions you'll receive an email with directions on how to set up your PayQuicker account.  PayQuicker is an online bank account.  You can transfer money to another bank account or request a check. You can also transfer money to anyone else with a PayQuicker account. 

YOUNIQUE DEBIT CARD
Once you reach $50 in commission, PayQuicker will send you a Younque Debit Card.  You can use your debit card to pay for most anything, but DON'T use it at gas pumps, and use it as a credit card (NOT a debit card with a pin- there are transaction fees that apply when you use it as a debit). 

ACTIVE STATUS vs. QUALIFIED 
You must remain an ACTIVE presenter by selling $125 PRS every rolling 90 days in order to keep your Younique website and be able to place orders. QUALIFIED is when you sell $125 PRS in a calendar month and is used for rank qualifications only. 


OTHER RANKS:
Want to make great money with Younique?!  Then you want to aim for GREEN!!!
That is the first level of leadership with Younique. You hit GREEN with $10,000 in company volume, at least $4,000 in circle volume (circle volume counts toward company volume) and 3 qualified 1st level presenters (presenters you personally sponsored). 

Orange, Purple, and Black can only be achieved by helping those in your downline achieve GREEN Elite status.
