New Presenters Orientation 
 

Step 1: Pat yourself on the back! You should be so proud of yourself for taking the leap of faith and being a Lash Doll. Enjoy this moment in the beginning of your new journey.

 

Step 2: Take your welcome picture your sponsor has created for you and the below blurb and post it on your personal FB wall. You want to get the word out about your new business ASAP. Do NOT wait for your presenters kit to come. Many of the Lash Dolls have made back their initial investment before their kit even arrives. The goal is to hit the ground running.

Step 3: Purchasing a domain and setting up your social media sites.

When picking a domain I always suggest doing the following:

1. Pick your domain name on Go Daddy and see if its available as a .com for example mine is www.LabOfLashes.com Don't purchase it just yet. Click HERE to search for a domain.
2. Check to see if that FB page name is available for example mine is www.FB.com/LabOfLashes
3. Check to see if that IG name is also available
4. See if that Twitter name is available
5. See if that name is also available as an email example mine is LabOfLashes@yahoo.com

The purpose of this is because you want everything to be united. It confuses clients when you have multiple names that do not match. Think of your company as Target. All of their social media accounts match up with the name of the store. Create your own brand by doing this.

Purchasing a domain
1. Buy your domain from Go Daddy or any domain site. I've always used Go Daddy so I will explain how to do it from them
2. Google coupon codes for Go Daddy. They always have some. I purchased my domain for under $2
3. Once your domain is purchased you have TWO options

      1. Forward your default Younique website to your new domain EX mine was

          www.YouniqueProducts.com/LabOfLashes

      2. forward your party link every 10 days to your new domain. This is what I do. That way when I hand out a business

          card I know those people are ALWAYS going to get to my party. I also don't ever have to update the party link I give

          out because its always my domain www.LabOfLashes.com with this option you DO have to forward it every 10

          days. DON'T forget

Forwarding: 
1. Click Domains
2. Click Launch
3. Scroll down to forwarding and click manage
4. Make sure Domain is selected
5. Click manage
6. insert your default Younique website OR party link
7. Save

If you decided to use your party link here, this is the same steps you will repeat every time to update it. Please be aware it does take a little time to update.

 

Send your domain name into Compliance at Compliance@YouniqueProducts.com to be approved this is a MUST!

 

Step 4: Read through the Presenter's Policy and Procedures. It is very important that you know what you can and can't do as a Presenter. Below of the most important:
 No selling on 3rd Party Sites (craigslist, ebay, amazon, buy/sell/trade FB groups)
 No offering people incentives to join your team as a Presenter  (no paying for kits, not offering free products once they join)
 No SPAM!  Do not put your website link on other peoples websites, youtube videos, instagram posts, etc. that you didn't create or solicit

Step 5: Schedule a one on one with your sponsor. The sooner the better. If your sponsor is not available contact your Green Elite. If you are unaware who your Green Elite upline is, Log into your website, click my royalties and in the upper banner it will state who your Elite is. If you need help finding this information please send me a message.

 

Step 6: Download & Print out this worksheet. Your goal is to complete this sheet each month. If you are really serious about making money step #1 on this sheet is very important. Every leader in the company has at least 5 cash & carry mascaras on hand at all times. These sell very quickly and allow your local customers to save on shipping. When ordering any cash and carry items make sure you are ordering through your own personal party to earn rewards.

 

Step 7: Fast Start Bonus! Do you want $250 in FREE makeup?! Of course you do! 

FAST START BONUS:  Sell $2,000 in PRS (Personal Retail Sales) and enroll 3 new Presenters in your first 90 days.  
REWARD: $250 YCASh you can use toward ANY Younique products!  (business supplies are not included) 

Check your "Accomplishments" tab in your back office & find your sign up date. Figure out what your 90 day anniversary is and write it down. This is the date you have till to hit the Fast Start Bonus {$250 in free product of your choice}

Step 8: Make a plan. How will you run your business? Facebook? Instagram? Youtube? Face to face? Parties? Pick your strongest outlet and run with it. You can and will expand throughout your journey. Right now we want to focus on achieveing that Fast Start Bonus. For me, Instagram was where my strongest skills were. I later on branched out to Facebook and Youtube. 

How much income are you wanting to get out of your business? A couple hundred dollars? Replace your current income? Retire yourself and your spouse?

 

Once you've decided how much income you want to achieve from this opportunity you have to determine how much time you are willing to invest into this to achieve this. You can;t invest an hour a day and expect to retire you and your spouse. Be realistic. Top leaders in the company had many nights with very little sleep until they hit Black Exclusive Level. Are you willing to invest Black level time or Yellow level time? Remember, the time that you put in is exactly what you will get out of it.

 

Step 9: Check in with your sponsor frequently. They are not mind readers. If you need help or just want to chat, reach out. You're sponsor is there as another tool for your success. Build a strong relationship with your sponsor. This is the person who is going to help you learn to walk in this company until you are ready to run on your own.

 

Step 10: Stay positive and never compare your business to someone elses. Everyone business journey is going to be different. There aren;t two presenters in the entire company who share the same journey. Claim your goals and commit to seeing them through. Know that you have a complete support system in your Y Sisterhood. Be excited for yourself. We are!!
